Julia Smith and Margaret Smith from Water Orton were looking for a way to support the Water Orton Boys Brigade who, as part of their 125th Anniversary celebrations,are raising money for the Acorns Children’s Hospice. The Arden Way Challenge has provided them with just the right opportunity .
On Saturday 28th June, this circular walk through the Arden Forest area of Warwickshire is stewarded by members of the Heart of England Way Association. Anyone wanting to raise money for charity can use the challenge walks (26 and 12 miles) for this purpose. For more information about the Arden Way Challenge itself, check their website.
