Are you interested in getting involved in dance to get fit? Would you like the opportunity to learn Bhangra-cise dance, based on a traditional spring folk dance from the Punjab?
Warwickshire County Council’s County Arts Service is working in partnership with the Wellness Matters, Newtown Centre, Newtown Road, Nuneaton, CV11 4HR to offer women across the borough aged 50+ this unique and exciting opportunity.
FREE sessions take place on Tuesdays at 12pm with Manjit Gill and Amanda Stephenson from Silhouette Dance Company Birmingham and the sessions are suitable for women with full and limited mobility. There will also be opportunities to participate in FREE Health Checks and Life Style questionnaires.
