The Guild of Woodworkers (West Midlands Branch)

The Guild was formed nineteen years ago and now has forty eight members. It meets at 7.00 pm on the second Wednesday of every month at Queen Alexandra College, Court Oak Road, Harborne. New members and visitors are offered a warm welcome and will always receive help and encouragement. You are never too old or too young to start woodworking. Our Guild is open to both men and women.

The exhibition is a cross section of our member’s work including that of beginners. Items marked NFS are not for sale. To purchase any of the telephone numbers listed below. Some of these members also accept commissions.

Every year the Guild hold an event called The Wonderful World of Wood. In addition to the many displays and live demonstrations by all the participating groups, the children enjoy taking home the wooden models they make. It’s a wonderful family event enjoyed by all.
