Invitation to Quote for Development RoleBalsall Heath Is Our Planet is seeking to appoint a committed individual to work on either a self-employed or secondment basis for us to develop and implement our projects.
Balsall Heath is Our Planet has been formed by a group of local organisations and individuals who have developed a green action plan to reduce Balsall Heath's CO2 emissions. BHIOP was a finalist in the Big Green Challenge and has now secured funding from the Birmingham Environmental Partnership.
The person we are looking for will have extensive experience in the social enterprise sector, with particular emphasis on generating new income streams. They will also have knowledge of environmental issues including climate change.
We have a maximum of £20,000 available for this role which will include costs and VAT. We expect that the successful applicant will work for three days per week over a 12 month period to fulfil the brief.
We will consider applications from self-employed individuals or groups of individuals or secondments.
The closing date for applications is mid day on 29th July and interviews will be held on 6th August.
