Coleshill Church Cook Book
Becky Holt from Sunflowers Nursery in Coleshill (pictured with her daughter Millie) has been helping to put together a fundraising cookbook for the parish church. The book has been published just in time for Christmas and has some great recipes to help readers to nourish mind, body and soul. Not only that but the Coleshill Church cook book will raise funds for the church.
Becky told The Gazette: “It’s an opportunity to make a positive statement about the importance of food to nourish mind, body and soul. We encourage readers to buy locally, eat seasonally and cook nutritionally. The earth is God’s creation and your body is the temple of God. The way you eat acknowledges the sacredness of both.”
