"What a load of rubbish!

On a wet and extremely windy Saturday morning in November, Marston Green & District Lions club and 5 members of the public (including 8 year old David) were to be found picking up litter around Marston Green. This proved to be quite a challenge given the poor weather conditions but this did not deter anyone, and the rubbish bags were quickly filled as can be seen from the photos that were taken at the end of the morning.

The Lions would like to thank Norman, Anne, Kathryn, Sarah and young David for responding to their request for help, and we look forward to seeing them again at the next litter pick".
